1. Services

PixelForge Studio ("we", "us", "our") provides bespoke creative services, including but not limited to software development, video editing, and music production. All deliverables are subject to the package terms selected during checkout.

2. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via our payment partners. No refunds are provided after a project start due to the custom nature of our work. Revisions are strictly limited to the count specified in your chosen package.

3. Delivery and Timelines

We strive to meet all estimated turnaround times; however, complex projects may require additional time. Your private dashboard will provide real-time status updates.

4. Account Security

Upon payment, a temporary client session is generated exclusively for your project workflow. You are responsible for keeping this initial credential secure. The credential will automatically expire as defined by the studio admin.
