1. Services Provided
PixelForge Studio ("we", "us", "our") provides bespoke creative services, including but not limited to high-performance web development, video editing, branding, and viral content production. All deliverables, revision limits, and timelines are strictly subject to the specific package terms agreed upon during the initial project checkout or quotation phase.
2. Payments & Non-Refundable Policy
All payments are processed securely via our verified payment partners. Due to the highly custom, labor-intensive nature of our digital products, no refunds are provided once production begins. Revisions are strictly limited to the count specified in your chosen tier. Any additional revisions will incur a separate billing cycle.
3. Delivery & Communication
We strive to meet all estimated turnaround times; however, complex projects may require additional time to ensure our standard of quality is met. We are not liable for delays caused by the client's failure to provide necessary assets or feedback in a timely manner. Your private dashboard will provide real-time status updates.
4. Portal & Account Security
Upon payment, a temporary client session is generated exclusively for your project workflow. You are fully responsible for keeping these credentials secure. The credentials will automatically expire upon project delivery or as defined by the studio admin. Any unauthorized access resulting from leaked credentials is the sole responsibility of the client.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless a complete buyout is explicitly negotiated, PixelForge Studio retains the right to display the finalized work in our portfolio, case studies, and social media channels for marketing purposes. The client receives full usage rights for the final delivered product upon complete payment of all invoices.
