We collect information you provide directly to us when you request a service, create an account, or communicate with us. This explicitly includes your name, email address, payment information, and any project-related files uploaded to our servers.

We do not passively harvest metadata, nor do we sell your contact information to third-party brokers. What happens in the Forge, stays in the Forge.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used strictly to:

• Securely deliver our creative services and assets.
• Process financial transactions and issue refunds if applicable.
• Communicate project milestones, revisions, and status updates.
• Maintain the integrity and security of our private portal sessions.

3. Data Security & Retention

We implement aggressive security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. All communication and file transfers within the Client Portal are encrypted.

Client portal sessions are temporary. Upon final delivery and sign-off of your project, temporary credentials are automatically destroyed, and raw working files are purged from our active databases after 30 days unless an extended retention plan is negotiated.
